While recruiting candidates the company pays special attention to the following critical aspects
- Educational qualifications and experience.
- Age
- Physical fitness.
- Personality, industrious nature and motivation.
- Registration with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority).
- Security Clearances (SAPS).
- Security Training Certificates.
- Ability to numerate, computer literacy and the ability to read, write and communicate in English and other official languages that are commonly used around the premise of operation.
- Managers and Supervisors must be able to read, write and comprehend English, computer literate and be able to handle basic mathematical operations.
- The staff must uphold image of the client by wearing neat uniforms and with polished behaviour.
- All staff should undergo induction and refresher training programs.
- Staff will be provided with transport and accommodation next to the sites.
